For this project, I designed and illustrated a series of thank you cards for my colleagues. I like to start my illustrations on paper and then take them into Illustrator to create a digital version. I wanted this project to have an office theme represented by woodland animals. All the characters are pictured doing tasks that represent the work my colleagues did.
Additionally, I designed and animated a GIF of the goose character, Mr. Silly Goose. I made some additional illustrations for the GIF and animated everything in After Effects. Colleagues can send digital appreciation emails called "Be The One", so the Goose is a parody of those emails. I animated him working, receiving his "Be The Goose," and having a happy emotional response.
